What do I get with a Prime Subscription?
Each plan gives you a huge bundle of tickets and Prime Diamonds (PDs), PDs unlock loyalty levels, which reward you with free tickets, coins and tangible gifts!
How does billing work?
You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you subscribed. The amount depends on the plan you chose and is shown in your subscription dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, your benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Your new benefits will apply from the next billing cycle, and your previous plan will remain active until then.
Is there a free trial?
Currently, we don’t offer a free trial, but you can cancel at any time. Our Starter plan is a low-cost way to test the benefits before committing further.
Do unused tickets or PDs carry over to the next month?
No, tickets and PDs reset monthly. We recommend using them before your billing cycle renews to make the most of your benefits.
Can I subscribe if I only use postal entries?
Yes, but the subscription is designed for digital users. Postal-only users won’t benefit from the included Coins and PDs unless they redeem them online.
What happens if the subscription benefits change?
We may update or improve subscription benefits from time to time. Any changes will be communicated clearly in advance via email or your account dashboard.
Will I be notified before billing?
Yes, you’ll see your next billing date in your subscription dashboard. We’ll also send reminders before any billing or benefit changes take effect.
