How do I enter for free by post?

To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, email, address, and the competition name to our postal address. Details are on our site.

Can I use PrimeWinz outside the UK?

Not yet, PrimeWinz competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

Can I cancel my entry or get a refund?

All entries are final and non-refundable, whether submitted by Coins or postal entry, unless otherwise stated in the specific competition terms.

What if I haven’t received my prize?

If your prize hasn’t arrived or there’s a delay, contact support@primewinz.com with your entry details. Our team will resolve it quickly.
